Thin goat's cheese and smoke-cured fillet of pork cake in Fajitas-style, walnut vinaigrette

Knuckle-joint of lamb braised with mild spices in Tajine-style, Semolina, assorted vegetables

Fillet of sea bream, red wine sauce with shallots, wheat in risotto-style with crayfish, braised carrots

Breast fillet of poultry au gratin Soubise-style, potatoes fondant, thinly-shredded vegetables

Desserts
Profiteroles with vanilla ice-cream, Hot chocolate

Blancmange, red fruit hearth

Caramelized chocolate dessert with its thin lace biscuit, Caramel sauce

Our garnished are elaborate according to seasonal products. Would you be unable to communicate us your selection at the latest 10 days before you events, our Chef will select you dishes. Any changes of starters, main courses or desserts during the service will be charged 5€/person per remplacement. These Menus are proposed with there wines. Changes are possible; prices will be then modified according to the drink package chosen
